These Terms cover your use of the Coralorchidvilla website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you state that this is accurate. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to offer a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property rights

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Coralorchidvilla or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
